I’m Natalie Hall, an accredited executive and leadership coach. I specialise in providing emotional intelligence, resilience and wellbeing coaching for leaders and organisations.
Prior to establishing my coaching and wellbeing consultancy business and retraining as an executive coach, I was an M&A Partner at Deloitte, where alongside leading global M&A transactions, I was also Talent Partner with HR responsibility for over 200 people including setting reward strategy, promotion decisions, handling transitions, headcount management, recruitment and senior team coaching, running wellbeing programmes and workshops.
Alongside my extensive coaching experience, I have deep experience delivering wellbeing strategy. Most recently I have worked on a 2 year project to create wellbeing strategy for a blue chip organisation, setting wellbeing strategy direction, creating employee forums, curating learning and development programmes and working with leaders to embed wellbeing into the heart of their culture.
I am a Mental Health First Aider and a Senior Coach Practitioner with the EMCC.
I’m Phanella Fine, an accredited coach and leadership consultant specialising in purpose-driven leadership, inclusivity and wellbeing. I am also an integrative psychotherapist with a specialism in mindfulness and CBT.
I am an Accredited Executive Coach with a Masters in Organisational Behaviour and 1000s of coaching hours under my belt. My coaching focusses on senior and emerging leaders, with a range of clients from FTSE 250 CEOs to lawyers and consultants successfully navigating partner promotion processes. Alongside my busy coaching practice, I have designed and delivered large-scale leadership courses for many years, as well as shorter group programmes on a range of leadership and wellbeing topics. Corporate clients I have worked with include Accenture, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, Ashurst, Allen & Overy, Stanhope, Reckitt Benckiser. My therapy practice centres around mild to moderate anxiety disorders including social anxiety, fear of public speaking and low self-esteem. Where appropriate, I integrate therapy and coaching to achieve complex goals for my clients.
Before qualifying as a coach, I was a corporate lawyer at Slaughter and May and Linklaters and then a portfolio manager at JPMorgan. I sold my previous coaching start-up, the Step Up Club, in 2019. My first book, Step Up: Confidence, Success and Your Stellar Career in 10 Minutes a Day, [Random House] was published in 2016.
